  • As a Certified Anger Management Specialist, Jodi has extensive experience guiding people in learning new skills to minimize the damage that results from uncontrolled angry outbursts. Clients may choose from one-on-one sessions or group sessions when available.
     
    Anger is a normal human emotion. Anger management isn't about eliminating your anger; it's about recognizing the thoughts that fuel the fire of your anger, and learning to change those thought patterns. Recognizing the warning signs allows us to choose better outcomes.
